Every Limelight accelerator is a defined, deliverable-led engagement — fixed scope, clear outputs, and guaranteed outcomes. They are not consultancy retainers or open-ended advisory arrangements. You know what you will get, what it costs, and how long it takes before you start.

Can I use more than one accelerator on the same programme?

Yes — and many organisations do. The accelerators are designed to work individually or in sequence. RunFast Launchpad followed by RunFast Transformation is the most common combination — starting the programme properly and then governing it through delivery.

Each accelerator covers a specific stage of your SAP journey and is designed to work standalone or as part of a sequence. The most common combinations are Launchpad into Transformation — where Limelight structures the programme and then leads delivery — and Transformation alongside RunHealthy, where periodic independent assessment runs alongside active delivery. RunCentre Setup and RunBetter Processes naturally follow Transformation once the programme is live. There is no obligation to use more than one — the right combination depends on where you are and what your programme needs.

How do I know which accelerator is right for my situation?

The stage of your programme is usually the clearest guide. If you haven't started yet, Launchpad. If you're in delivery, Transformation or RunHealthy. If you're approaching or past go-live, RunCentre or RunBetter. If you're not sure, a conversation with Limelight will tell you.

The five accelerators map to five stages of a transformation journey — before, during, review, go-live, and after. Most organisations can identify their stage quickly and the cards above will point you in the right direction. Where it gets more nuanced is when a programme is already in trouble, when multiple workstreams are at different stages, or when an organisation isn't sure whether they need a full delivery engagement or just an independent assessment. In those cases a short conversation with a Limelight director is the fastest route to the right answer — and there's no commitment required.

Every Limelight accelerator is structured as a fixed-scope engagement. This means the scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercials are agreed before the engagement begins. Limelight takes accountability for delivering what is defined within that scope. This is what guaranteed outcomes means in practice — not a marketing phrase, but a commercial commitment.

What is the first step to working with Limelight?

A conversation. No pitch, no proposal until it makes sense. We will ask the right questions and tell you honestly which accelerator applies to your situation — and whether Limelight is the right fit at all.

Every Limelight engagement starts with a structured sixty to ninety minute conversation with a senior director. We will listen to where you are, ask the questions that matter, and give you an honest view of what we think. If a specific accelerator is clearly the right fit, we will tell you why and what that looks like in practice. If we think you need something different from what you have asked for, we will tell you that too. There is no commitment required and no proposal until the conversation has established that one makes sense.
