Gordon co-founded Limelight with over twenty-five years in SAP architecture and technology roles, including Big-5 SI background across large-scale global programmes. He leads Limelight's technology practice and the Prism platform — ensuring that architecture decisions, integration strategy, and technology choices serve the business long-term, not just the delivery model.

Neil co-founded Limelight having spent over twenty years in delivery roles — as an end user, inside some of the world's largest SIs, and as a board-level transformation leader. That breadth of perspective shaped the Business Integrator model. Neil leads Limelight's client relationships and commercial direction, and is the author of RunFast — the Amazon number one bestselling guide to accelerating technology projects.

Brian co-founded Limelight with over twenty-five years of SAP transformation experience, including senior roles at Big-5 SIs and board-level programme leadership across multiple sectors. He leads Limelight's delivery operations and is the director most clients work most closely with day to day — owning programme governance, change management, benefits tracking, and the client-side obligations that determines programme success.
